This survey runs on the gro.now platform, provided by Pwron LLP, BIN 241040012133, 90/54–5 Satpayev St., Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Data enquiries — privacy@gro.now.

The survey is conducted by an artificial intelligence system: it composes the questions, comments on your open-ended answers, asks follow-up questions and prepares summary findings for the organiser of the research. You are talking to software, not to a person. The text of your answers is sent to the Google Gemini model — to Google LLC (USA), which processes it on our instructions. You can close the survey and stop at any point.

For the survey to work, we store the interface language and the answers you have already entered on your device - otherwise they would be lost if the page reloads. If the organiser has enabled fraud protection, we also read technical characteristics of your browser and device and store a marker showing that you have already taken this survey; the reading is performed on our instructions by Thumbmark Oy (Finland). We do not do this in the European Union or the European Economic Area: there, we identify repeat submissions on our server without accessing your device. For this we use the IP address of the request and store it only as a hash from which the address cannot be recovered. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing fraud. The reading and the marker serve only to tell a real person from an automated submission; they are not used for advertising.

In most surveys we do not ask for your name, national ID number or photograph, and we do not link your answers to your account. If a particular survey does collect such data, you will see this before you enter anything: a consent text will appear on screen naming the organiser — the company that collects the data and is responsible for it — along with the purposes, retention periods and how to withdraw. Nothing is submitted without your tick.

Some surveys offer to leave a contact - to send you a promo code or the results. It is used for that purpose only; if the promo code or the results are sent by the survey organiser, we pass the contact to them. You will receive no newsletters without your separate consent. A contact left for a promo code is deleted 90 days after the code is sent. Leaving a contact is optional and does not affect your participation. You can ask us to delete it earlier at privacy@gro.now.

If the survey collected your personal data, you have the right to access it and obtain a copy, to have it corrected, erased or anonymised, to restrict or object to the processing, to withdraw your consent, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or a court.
